Observation

The bleach and dishwasher liquid were stored under the kitchenette sink which is accessible to children. There was an attempt to secure with a carabeener which is not adequate method to make inaccessible from the skill level of these preschool aged children. The toxics were moved during the visit to the laundry room. The laundry room has a lock on the door but the door was not locked and was not closed until mentioned at the time of the visit.
